You Set the Deadlines

I will remotely perform legal research and writing and return the product within a defined timeline set by you.  I understand the importance of deadlines and will strive to meet your goals.  Writing samples and referrals are available upon request.

Legal Team

My Legal Team is a team of one: Sunita N. Smith, Esq.  I do not use associates, paralegals, law clerks or secretaries.  I personally perform all legal research and writing work product.  Additionally, I can conduct mediations at your law firm, your opposing counsel's firm or at a mutually agreeable venue.
